This page explains what Luong & Bell Criminal Defense collects through this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, phone number, email, court date and message. Our site host also keeps standard server logs, such as the pages visited and the browser used.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and to check for conflicts of interest before we talk about a case. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who sees it

The three attorneys and our office staff. The companies that host the site and our email see it only as needed to run those services.

How long we keep it

If we don't take your case, we delete your message after a year. If we do, it becomes part of your client file and is kept as the rules of professional conduct require.
