DUI, license hearings, drug charges and search issues.

Calvin joined Grace from a Lexington general practice, where DUI and drug cases had become most of his work. He knows the breath machines' paperwork better than most of the people who run them, and he files the motions that challenge a search.

How I work

Most DUI cases are decided by records: when the machine was last checked, how long the officer watched you before the test, what the video shows. I ask for all of it in the first week.

Drug cases are about the search. I want to know how the police came to be looking before I worry about what they found.
