How I work

A trial is the last step, not the first. Most of my work happens months before, in the discovery file, at the scene, and in conversations with witnesses no one else thought to call.

I tell clients the truth about their case at the first meeting and keep telling it. If an offer is worth taking, I'll say so. If it isn't, I'll say that too, and we'll get ready for trial.
