Expungement, bond and release, misdemeanors.

How I work

Clearing a record is often one petition and a few months of waiting. For the person who gets the order, it changes what a landlord or an employer sees for the rest of their life.

When a family calls the morning after an arrest, I start with bond: how much, how it's paid, and what the conditions mean. The rest of the case can wait a day. Getting someone home usually can't.
